Abstract

From the second half of 1979 to the end of 1984 Gazi Husrev-bey Library got about 1,500 codeces of manuscripts in Near Eastern languages. They all were to be inscribed in a temporary inventory because of the fact that the processing of the data on the manuscript holdings of the Library has been underway and that two volumes of the Catalogue treating certain branches of the Islamic Sciences have already been published. Most of the newly acquired codeces will be classified in the Appendix to the Catalogue of the Near Eastern manuscripts of Gazi Husrev-bey Library.
This paper contains the manuscripts copied before the year 1,000 A. H. (1660).
