Two poems by Ebu Lejjs zade Iblizović Sheik Sejfullah Efendi, Son of Haji Ibrahim

Abstract

The fourth volume of the History of Bosnia by Salih efendi Hadžihusejnović - muvekit vol. IV, p. 106, contains two poems written by this poet. In the first poem the poet expresses his devotion towards God and the second one is dedicated to the founder of dervish Nakshibendi order Muhamed Behaudin. These two poems are new and they can not be found in the collections which prof. Mušić used earlier to publish sixteen poems written by this poet. The paper contains translation and the original text of the two poems as well as an account of the work of Sheik Iblizović in Sarajevo.
